I was worried after reading these reviews that my funds were gone and I wasn't going to see them again. I hadn't logged into my account for years and my account was disabled. I clicked on the support link and it told me to email some photos of myself holding a piece of paper with Bittrex written on it. After that, nothing but automated messages for 10 days! I opened 3 tickets expressing my concern, but nothing. Then today out of the blue a customer service rep emailed to say that my account has been enabled! I have managed to withdraw some of my crypto successfully. Support is unacceptably slow, but giving 4 stars because want to give some hope to those who think they have been scammed. It doesn't seem that way, you just have to wait a while!

Mon compte est bloqué et le support ne répond pas. Bref, j'ai l'équivalent de 1000 € bloqué chez eux. Tout bénéfice pour ces voleurs. MAJ: Le support m'a contacté (enfin !) et après une petite galère j'ai réussi à activer mon compte.

I used Bittrex since 2017. The experience is not bad as the reviews. Most of the time I keep track the price daily since certain coins fluctuate but the transfer process go smooth after the fee. Recommend for immediate purchase and transfer coins users.

Update: I am still somewhat positive on Bittrex.com. Charles Hoskinson explained that the problem Bittrex.com is experiencing with Cardano Ada deposits and withdrawals has to do with their early adoption of Cardano Ada and the code that was then available does not scale for Bittrex wallet size and amount of "business" and that the Cardano team is working with Bittrex to find resolution. I am not discounting the other horror stories here but my experience with Bittrex.com has been good and I need to bump up to 4 stars - the only reason for not all 5 are the scary reviews here and the fact that Cardano Ada (through no fault of Bittrex) still can't be withdrawn. I converted to bitcoin and stored it safely. Previous review Binance.us locked my account after I registered my passport and all other private info and their support would not help, so... I gave up on binance.us, executed a few transactions on bittrex and was generally happy except they haven't been able to withdraw Cardano ADA since the "Shelley" upgrade over a month ago. Anyway, I didn't see these horror stories about bittrex until now and it seems to me people had the same lousy experience with bittrex that I had with binance.us. I was somewhat happy about bittrex but now I don't know.

Nadelen Hoge fees: de commissie ligt op 0,25% per trade Er zijn alleen Bitcoin en Ethereum markten beschikbaar. Dit betekent: je kunt altcoins niet direct verhandelen tegen euro’s of dollars. Je zal eerst bitcoin moeten kopen op bijvoorbeeld Bitvavo. De bitcoins kun je vervolgens sturen naar Bittrex, waarna je altcoins kunt kopen met deze btc’s. Direct geld storten met iDeal of bankoverschrijving niet mogelijk.

The first Crypto trading platform I used and the one I still use on a daily basis. I'm not an advanced trader so can't compare advanced functions but the interface is easy to use, trades are executed almost immediately, the login process is secure and the main reason I use them is the sheer number of coins available. They've also not been embroiled in any scandals are had any hacks so I feel secure using them.
