So, it has been 23 days with my support ticket 438690 open for a name mismatch. I lodged it twice on the same day by accident, and the auto generated trouble shooting message, along with a mildly berating one telling me not to open more than one ticket are the only responses that I have received. No amount of following up has gleaned any response, I find it confusing that if you email support directly then you get another auto generated email asking you to submit a form, with no mention that it is bad to do so if you have already submitted one. (also, anything sent to this email does not reach support, or so it says.. Except that my email ended up in my activity on support and were flagged as closed). I understand longer than usual 7 days wait times, trouble is that no follow up has been made. It's really sad as I love trading on this platform. Where it falls down is the service. My bad for accidentally not checking chrome autofill but seriously 23 days, and I can still add funds and trade, just not withdraw. I will amend my rating if this gets fixed, but as for now I am pretty appalled. EDIT: They fixed it. And also shortly before apologised. Grateful. This site is not a scam like lots of reviews allude to, it just takes a bit of extra time due to the crazy high demand.

Great interface, huge range of currencies to trade. I'm struggling with an issue a few people have raised, insofar that I'm waiting for my account to be verified. It seems as though the Support Team is struggling with an increase in ticket volume, so patience is key. Ticket 460756: I will be sure to leave a more favourable review when my account is verified.

Stolen from -5 stars They asked me to verify my ID, the automatic verification failed, their website recommended contacting support. It's been 10 days without being able to withdraw funds or hearing a message from them. Reading other people's experiences on reddit, there are people that have been waiting for months for this issue (since AUGUST). This is extremely unprofessional, and reminds me of Mtgox. My guess is that this exchange is so poorly managed that the change of it going down due to a hack, or owners of the site running with the money is high. The last support person that I saw in the site was 5 months ago, took 3 days to respond and her Zendesk profile shows that she only responded 18 messages over a period of 2 months. I'm moving on, my money at Bittrex is probably lost. I hope the people behind it get caught

My account has been blocked for months now. I have no access to my own funds. I have sent my verification docs numerous times with no response from Bittrex support.

Name Mismatch problem. I can not believe how stupid I could be to prefer BitTrex. They get it easily while sending money but they do not give it back. This is literally a fraud. If you do not allow him to withdraw, why do you allow him to deposit. Send you an e-mail saying your problem is solved, but my problem is still going on. Although I submitted all the documents, I still have not verified my account. I request from the Bittrex Authorities. Please resolve my problem. Ticket number479779 Update: My problem is resolved
