HI. This 1 star is still pending updates from the company. After 7 days of waiting i am still waiting for my support ticket the replied and resolved. i am having verification issues (new user) and i have money and investments in Bittrex. Support Ticket 439265

I had to disable my bittrex account myself because I was being hacked. I saved half my funds, and was calm, thinking it could have been worse and I thought I'd trade myself back up in no time. Almost two weeks later, bittrex has not responded to my support request 406700 to reenable my account. I have some alts that have decreased in value, and some BTC I couldn't trade during some golden days when I could have multiplied it significantly. I am depressed beyond belief. It is absurd that something like this can happen. I am originally from Romania (but have been in the US studying and working for 7 years), so my name does not sound American, and I am sure that's one reason I am not getting my request handled. I noticed that all the twitter posts where people claim their support request was not handled for WEEKS/MONTHS are foreigners. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND IS OUTRAGEOUS. I WILL NOT ALLOW BITTREX TO IGNORE MY REQUEST FOR MUCH LONGER SIMPLY BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGNER. I WILL GO TO EVERY WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN AND TO A LAWYER IF I HAVE TO.

They are absolutely rediculous, dont ever respond to problems and queries. I doubt if they even have human beings working there. Must just be crypto maniacs!!!!

Bittrex was by far the best exchange for the last year and a half. Now, within the past 3 months, they have gotten shady. Now, I have a lot of money locked in with them (in USA), and they decided now that I'm "new", and have to be verified. So there are two types of verification. A "Basic" and an "Enhanced" version. I filled out the Basic (with basic info), and it said I don't "match up" and that I would have to fill out the Enhanced, which requires you to send them you ID, Passport, last 4 of your SS etc. I did that. Then it said it failed their computer recognition system and to fill out a ticket. I filled out a ticket (6+ days ago) and I'm ticket #425943 So far nothing but a canned response. This is unacceptable, I will never ever leave any coins at these exchanges ever again and be held hostage. If they fix the problem, I'll be happy, but I will be way less trusting of this exchange. Update: they did fix the problem after 7 days of lockout, but I pulled my money out and closed the account, don't risk it.

Actually it took almost two months to become verified, so I could withdraw my funds. That was a long time, my money was stuck. But now i´m verified it seems to be working fine :-)

I put most of my investment into incnt just for bittrex to label it as "delisting" I cashed out with very little left of my investment due to it crashing then a day later they remove the "delisting" icon above the coin and keep it on the site. I am not pleased with the service I received as that money was not easily earnt, that was market manipulation.

They say my account can not be basic because they cannot verify. They never never respond to tickets and still my coins are on the exchange. Criminals
