All aspects of the transaction for the L300 GO were excellent and the PT evaluation and first "fitting" by the therapist at HealthSouth Cypress in Houston were also excellent, caring, and gave me extra time. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars was the distance I have to travel to get to the rehab hospital for therapy. Maybe whenever Medicare wakes up and starts approving these devices Bioness will be able to place them in more rehab centers. Thanks for a quality product and a chance for improved mobility and better life.

I like it for the most part. Takes some getting used to but I’m definitely glad to have it. Rather costly and insurance won’t cover it unfortunately. It’s a quality product. Nice to need no foot device. Can walk barefoot or in socks around the house.

Bioness pricing for upgrade customers from L300 to L300 Go is petty and predatory. $5000 for a L300 Go upgrade and then I had to pay for shipping. Really? The L300 Go Remote is $100 within the first 30 days of L300 Go ownership and $850 thereafter. Really? The L300 family has never been covered by insurance. Despite this fact, Bioness continues to spend a disproportionate amount of money on marketing rather than making their products cheaper for patients who have no choice but to pay full price. Same story with supplies. The true cost of electrode pads can’t really be $15 every two weeks. The L300 Go is a great product—A welcome improvement over its predecessor. It’s unfortunate that Bioness makes the L300 Go so difficult to own.

Bioness is a great team, helpful tech support.

Product works well, but poor user feedback. Needs app to let user know what it is doing (eg mode, current strength, duration, etc).

It needs a lock open to put the pads on. Very hard to do when you on have one hand working.

The L300 Go is a great upgrade. It is lighter, improved responsiveness, allowing bare foot walking and easy choice of shoes. It worths the upgrade.

My experience with Bioness has been wonderful. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful. I just changed over to the new L300 Go and it is great. I was falling 4-5 times a month and now I have not fallen once with my L300 Go......my thanks to everyone at Bioness. When they say “a Bioness can change your life” I can say it sure changed my life.
