I’ve used the leg brace for almost 11 years now. If it wasn’t helping me, I certainly wouldn’t be buying my second brace - (the new L300 Go)

I love the product and the people associated with Bioness are friendly and professional. I do wish there were more "hands on" opportunities to meet with their therapist staff in my area.

Very good products! Customer support depends on who you get, so can be somewhat spotty

Bioness products are amazing! I own the H200 for my arm, and the L300 foot drop for my foot. I’ve had numerous strokes, been to countless therapists and have regained little to no rehabilitation of my left side. However, Bioness products have given me hope for rehabilitation. Even my very damaged arm has seen results, and responded to the Bioness therapy. My doctor has seen results and promise for further rehabilitation for me, and has shared information about the Bioness products with other patients, because of me. I would have given my review 5 stars simply based on the products, but considering the service I’ve experienced with Bioness, I can’t give a five star rating. Bioness has phenomenal products, but the customer service is seriously lacking! It felt like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of the inside sales rep and even worse to get ahold of a sales rep to meet me to try the products, and then to be fitted once I’d finally been able to obtain them. Since last December, I’ve had three different sales representatives. On my very first appointment, the sales representative was a no show. She later quit without giving any notice to me as her client, the next rep that i was assigned, did the same thing. My experience has been that I need to make frequent calls and emails to customer service and the sales representatives to make sure I’m taken care of. Never before, in any other market, have I had to bother sales people about giving them a sale. In most cases, it’s the other way around. You’d think with such amazing products and with as expensive as they are, that customer service would be a lot better. The service is gravely disappointing, embarrassing and frustrating!!

I love my Go!! I no longer need to worry about what shoes I am wearing and whether the foot sensor is appropriate for them. In fact, I can go barefoot. And, when I am at someone else’s home I can take my shoes off. I no longer need to worry about a pocket or purse for the controller. It rarely beeps at me. And, there are not as many lights. It is easy. I can grab it on my way out the door and just GO. It really works! Gives my toes that little extra lift. It helps me climb stairs as well. Love it! What I would change? I would make it skin color or at the very least one color. It’s cool but I want to keep that to myself. I don’t really want anyone else to know I am wearing it.

I had a different perspective on Bioness when it first came out advertised. I don’t feel that it helps with walking or with foot drop. When I wear ithe device, it feels heavy and harder to walk. I like the exercise mode much better. Not worth the money.

The Bioness experience was been a life changer for my wife!! After going through a severe brain aneurysm and rehab. My wife's goal is to get back to my high heels! The only way she can reach her goal is with the L300Go Bioness device! There is light at the end of the tunnel!

Company employees were responsive to my needs: they followed through with requests, found requested information, answered questions asked, recommended and changed the device when there was an issue, finally, employees were pleasant and caring.
