Love it! I able to start walking again.

I have had the L300 for a little over a year. I have had trouble with it emitting a solid high pitched tone which makes it impossible to use it at work as it causes un-welcomed attention. I did send it in for eval and repair, and even though customer service was excellent, it still is not fixed. The units loose signal between the gate sensor, cuff and control unit which causes the error tone. I inquired about trading it in for the new L300 GO model as there would not be a gate sensor or control unit to loose signal with the cuff and might help to solve the problem. However, there is no trade in value and I am very disappointed that there is not an upgrade program to the new GO model for current clients . Its almost as expensive as buying a car but when you buy a car, you at least get some trade in for your old model.

I got Bioness L300 in June 2017. I told the rep one month later that it was not working properly on my leg. He said I just needed to get adjusted to it. Never happened. For different problems it hasn't worked right more than a day. I have sent sales rep. several emails with no response. He met me once it worked while he was standing there but not the next day. My PT told me not to wear it because it cause made me to fall. I have asked the company to replace it with the new 300 Go since it is suppose to work better. I talked with tech support they talked to me like I was an idiot. Stroke affected my arm and leg my brain is fine. I am not going through all the trouble shooting with them again. I also have the arm device. I guess it is OK has not helped my arm. This is expensive equipment not to be backed up by manfacturer,

I really love the L300 and how it improves my son's gait!. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the equipment is not covered under our insurance policy, and we had a very difficult time securing funding, despite assurances from the company that they would help.The help was essentially a link to set up a Go Fund Me page, or for applications for grants that we were ineligible for. I'm glad we were able to reorganize our finances to get this for our son, and his confidence and independence has blossomed!

Let me just say the L300GO from Bioness has been life changing I walk like a normal person again I can't wait to put it on every morning. Bioness has been great to team up with I would recommend a test walk with the L300GO and change your life !!

Representatives are professional, friendly and very responsive. The L300 is helping me out and I expect that will only get better with time and use.

I am very pleased with my new device. My gait improved the first time I had it on. To be free of the foot sensor is wonderful, I can change shoes more often. I also moved into this century by purchasing a smart phone in anticipation of being able to interact with the device and Kim paired my device with my phone. I had my other device for ten years, when I first used it I was able to get out of the wheel chair.
