Beginning ....during... present
The support received from the initial evaluation to tech support to home office to help with questions regarding billing have been terrific. I never felt alone with trying to operate both the L200 and W300. The team was there for me always pleasant and understanding about my challenges.

The L300 updated version takes a little getting use to but worth it.

Am getting used to wearing the…
Am getting used to wearing the BionessGo and have great support from Nicole. However did not appreciate having to write a check for$.99 when it was not included wire the price of the handheld control. This was done through Heather —-also had difficulty connecting my doctor with Heather —not good communication. Never have a problem connecting with Nicole

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
The device is much TOO complicated!!!!The seconds between steps are short ALSO why so many steps???I realize you wanted to refine the steps however you forgot we are handicapped and to press the "clicker"and search for my leg device takes time and THEN it goes OFF again one has to start all over again.OH how I miss the old Bioness!!!
