Staff was so helpful & nice

The staff is awesome. Always friendly and very helpful.

Usually the line I must wait in for the initial blood check moves along quite quickly and the line to get to a bed to donate plasma usually goes pretty rapidly. For the most part, people are friendly and professional.

When I started donating I was told “It only takes an hour after this first appointment”. Tuesday I stood in line for an hour just to be assigned a chair. Last week I turned around and walked out twice because the line was backed up to the door. I don’t know that I will go back, it’s just not worth it.

Was’ t a good experience first time it hurt and when I went back to donate they said my arm was injured and I couldn’t donate.

Is really hard to get a good appointment and the app. Don’t let you to Reeschedule app. When they defer you for whatever circumstances. So you really loose time when you available only one time to donate

Professional and friendly staff! In and out quickly when they are fully staffed. Early morning appointments, when they open, are recommended for most expeditious visit. Great way to add another $500 a month to your budget... for a student loan payment, car payment, utilities, groceries, vacation fund... I'm sure you can think of something to throw $500 at!

It is a wonderful place to help one's who need help and at the same time you also get a great reward back. The place in Eau, Claire Wisconsin is good and pleasant. Have not had one bad day going there. People are friendly there.
