They gotta do better with wait times but the staff is always awesome

The wait time is horrible. They schedule people like they have all the beds working and enough staff. Only half of the beds are open and they are extremely under staffed. There app needs updated. It stops working all the time. Last week it let me schedule an apt and I drove there 30min drive and they tell me oh sorry but you cant donate today. The system is set up so it wont let you schedule when it is to early, that didn't happen to me. The people who work there are extremely nice!!!

I love all the staff at Snellville, they greet me with my name every time I come in the door. I’d like to give a thumbs up to Emily, Paula, Zee, and many others. The only bad thing I can say about that they are very understaffed and sometimes you have to wait a while.. I understand it’s hard to keep good employees now that really wanna work. So, I just a smile and go on andI enjoy my time their conversations with the staff. 😀😀

I’ve been donating for about 4 months. I believe the current promotion I’m on is low. $125 a week. But the staff is always friendly and professional and it’s very clean.

Always consistent, excellent service (no matter how shorthanded they are), with skill and expertise...always kind and professional!

My most recent appointment was on a Wednesday at 6:05am. They open at 6:00, but they were already busy and staying on top of things. The line went smoothly, the check-in was efficient, and my phlebotomist's stick went in so smoothly, I didn't feel it at all. Almost all the staff are friendly and make the appointment painless and fun.
