Hemetoma hemetoma. They wrongly inserted the needle and it causes deferments and you loose donation option for 8wks. Since most phlebotomist are trained within its best to find a good one and request them. Or consider CSL plasma, their competitor. Best of luck💪

I really liked this company up until I had leg cramps during a donation and had to be taken off the machine early. So I lost maybe 5 to 7 ml of blood that wasn't returned. Because of this they deferred me for 8 weeks. Luckily they have competition in town. Guess after somewhere around 390 donations without error heaven forbid something goes slightly wrong on my end.

By far the worst plasma donation spot ever. Not one but twice came here from Poinciana was refused due to their system issues. They lured me back with a return donor bonus. I scheduled my appointment on the app. Now the app will not allow you to schedule an appointment to donate when you are due for a physical and instead will have you scheduled a physical. Again this did not happen and instead was told to schedule a donation. I did everything correctly. When I arrive they tell me the system has issues and that i need to return another day. They refused me a phone number for corporate or the site supervisor. They said to call the main number which is funny because no one ever answers the phone there, ever. No accountability and no respect for the donors. Do not waste your time!!!!!! Go to Biomat on Main St. They actually respect their donors.

I went to the Richmond VA location. 100 percent the best place to go in the Richmond area. Everyone was super nice, friendly, caring and knows what they are doing. They have a great staff everytime I have gone in. I may be new to biolife but 100 percent better then CSL and octapharma by far. They have a great app that is easy to use and it tells you if it's too soon to donate as well. Definitely will recommend!!

Workers there are very good and nice, although the point or reward system is still broken and is refused to be fixed by higher ups as they continue to lower the pay amount each month.

These people totally suck if they make mistake and you go all the way over there to the site they will not compensate you anything if you don’t donate they made a mistake by not taking my sample the last time and then will give me nothing today

It was a waste of time. I had an appointment. I went, and I waited and waited, and waited. I was told to wait in the back room. I waited, and after an hour of waiting in the back room, I gave up. I will not be returning. If you are doing this to help others, much better ways to help will appreciate your time. If you're doing it for the cash and can make $20/hour doing anything else, do that.
