From the moment the needle was put into my vein, I knew it wasn't going to be good, it was pushed too far in so the girl kept pulling it out and pushing it in until the blood started flowing but when it was time to bring my blood back, it just didn't happen. So the girl tried my other arm, which vein, the only person who was able to find hasn't been there for months and I did tell her but she said she had to try anyway. The result was chaotic, she wasn't able to place the needle in the right spot for my blood to be returned so not only did I almost passed out on my way to my car but I can't donate for 8 weeks which means I'll be out around $900.00. And to top it off I'm going to a wedding with a horrible bruise on my left arm. Extremely disappointed.

I always have a good time visiting and seeing the friendly, helpful staff. I do have one concern though. I donate at the janesville location. They have done away with having those of us who are harder to get a vein as those that only certain employees can do the sticking on. I often wind having both arms poked and wrapped, because someone can't find my vain and then someone who actually knows how to get my difficult veins has to come stick the other arm. Not only does this, sometimes take considerable extra time, but I also wind up unnecessarily getting both arms stuck

I enjoy my time at Biolife. I think all the employees are kind and helpful. My only complaint is sometimes the lines get long but I don’t think that can be helped. They have a lot of employees and you can see them working hard. I would recommend the Kennesaw location.

The staff are all friendly & efficient; making the experience very comfortable.

If you want to speak with a Biolife employee over the phone and call them, they will not answer the business phone. If you need assistance at the front desk, plan to wait a while. There is no-one to help you. The employees are generally not interested in the donors as a person, but as a number to move in and out of the facility. CSL Plasma in Lawrence is much better. I plan on returning to donate with CSL.

Great workflow ! Every time I go !!! Great attitudes !! I’ve been to other plasma facilities and NO COMPARISON ! Better payment system , friendly faces , fast and efficient employees!!!
