Every time I go in everyone is so nice. Even when I fail my protein test they give hints on how to increase it. The only thing I would change is when a supervisor is speaking to an employee to take it into private area. I have seen it too many times where they address something in front of the customers.

Yesterday was a horrible experience for me. The phlebotomist that jabbed the needle in gave me a hematoma. My arm is so swollen and it hurts. I wouldn’t recommend him at all. Very disappointed this time around..

I was treated well, and i observed others that were also. They are caring and efficient and professional, more so then other well known clinics of this nature. Couple of cons are no answer of questions by phone, but everything is accurate with receiving, sometimes wait time to receive help is awhile. Otherwise very professional atmosphere and alot of help to check on you during collection
