I go early in the morning and all the staff is so friendly and cheerful! I get in and get out quickly. and the money is really good too.

A rather decent place it can take some time to get someone to notice you. However once you do the wait isn't to long. They have all been nice to me so far.

Fond du Lac does a great job and everyone is always friendly and helpful. I wish at this location you could request a certain person for a stick if you have difficult veins to stick. Mine are large, but can roll or have scar tissue and some people just can't do it! Would save me having to be stuck twice or even not being able to continue the donation.

The vitals process was completed with no issues and the tech had a good attitude.Elliot was professional and got me going with the donation with no issues.He kept making sure I was doing OK. When I was done I was thanked for coming and was told to hve a good rest of the day.

So they “got me” with the make $700 for your first 8 visits new donor promo. Only after my third appt they told that they’d have to send my blood sample in for a closer look at my protein levels and that results are 7-10 biz days. Okay, I’m sure they’ll still honor the promo right? Nope. All 8 have to be in one month for you to receive your bonus money for donations. That’s pretty crappy I think. Not worth the hassle now.

I have donated at least 10 times. Every time has been a good experience; it’s very close to a wonderful experience but I get a large needle stuck in my arm every time. Haha. Everyone friendly and helpful.
