This is the dumbest app ever. I want to pay early and am having problems doing that. On top of which, I have to be told from a human I have to use chat to get help. What was wrong with the old system? "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" never hurt anyone.

If I could have given them less than one star, I would have. I just want to pay my mortgage payment without going through Bilt, but since my mortgage company has partnered with Bilt, I don't seem to have that option. I have been trying to make my mortgage payment since June 1, and have been continually told that they can't find my loan. It's now the 13th, and they will start charging me late fees on the 16th. They are still telling me they can't find my loan. If this isn't a scam, it sure acts like one. Payment processing is very poor or nonexistent, Customer Service is no help if you can actually get thru, and they will not return your call if you leave a message.

I am extremely disappointed with Bilt since the transition to Bilt 2.0. I would give zero stars if I could. The new points structure is significantly worse and more confusing, and the card now expects ongoing everyday spend to earn meaningful rent rewards. Which would be fine IF my credit limit was not reduced to $500, which is 10 times lower than my previous $5,000 Wells Fargo Bilt limit. The worst part is that Bilt/Cardless confirmed there is currently no way to request a credit line increase, underwriting reconsideration, or manual review. So customers are expected to use the card more, but if the assigned limit makes the card practically unusable, there is no real path to fix it. And it seems they don’t really care!

Worst of the worst I hate it! I don’t want to cancel the card but I despise it. Should I just not use it and keep it open

This payment vendor is too worthless to accept payment when it's sent. Then the check bounces because they withdraw 48 hours later. Then they are mad with me about it. Rewards is a misnomer. They should call it Bilt Punishment.

This app/company SUCKS. Very difficult to use and no customer service AT ALL. They need to get wirh the times. AVOID at all costs!!! The app doesnt work and you cannot navigate at all. The "rewards" program is bogus!

This is the worse company my complex worked with. They system barely works and app is always down. I just tried to pay my bill and its saying app isn't working. Always getting emails from my complex saying something is not working. Oh and don't try to talk to the on line customer service you won't get anywhere with them🤔

Bilt credit cards have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40 years of dealing with banks and credit cards. There is not even a single point of contact for customers. They are completely disorganized. The chat function can almost never solve any customer issue. The agents are powerless to address anything and can't even find information in their own system. The rewards are nice but you should be prepared to earn them by putting in lots of time on the phone and chat to fix all kinds of bizarre problems.
