My main reason for trying Bilt was to see if I could get something back from paying rent every month. I liked the concept, but I wasn't expecting much in practice. The first thing I noticed was that some features weren't immediately obvious, and I had to spend a little time exploring the app to understand where everything was. I also found that reward balances don't always refresh as quickly as I'd like, and I'd appreciate a more detailed breakdown of point activity. Even with those small drawbacks, the overall experience has been solid. Rent payments have been dependable, earning points has been a nice bonus, and the Rent Day offers add extra value from time to time. After using it for a while, I'd say the positives easily outweigh the minor inconveniences, and it's become a useful part of my monthly routine.

I was a bit frustrated by a limited time promo order that I placed by mistake on the BILT app. Yet, the BILT support team was able to offer me a resolution which was more than fair. Very grateful for their support!

I've got to keep it real because I see the bad reviews but I really want my rent on my credit report. I just used it with my Discover card and it was a flawless experience. It sent me the deposit amount to verify bank and my rent portal accepted it with no problem. I pushed a few more keys and rent paid, receipt from rental property emailed instantly. I initiated the verification process on the previous day and it took a minute with RENTCAFE. Maybe it's the card or your portal but Discover and Bilt along with RENTCAFE portal went seamlessly...hope this helps

Seamless user experience. What really did it for me was when they changed the payments portal (and with it, my routing & account numbers for paying rent), they were immediate with sending new micro deposits so I could verify with my payments portal before rent day. What it demonstrated about their customer service, and urgency to resolve issues, was powerful to me.

I have been a Bilt credit card member since October of 2021 and have been so incredibly happy with the services, rewards and experience I have received through this card. I would highly recommend this card and company to anyone, especially anyone that is currently renting. I love earning points for paying my rent and being able to use those points for flights and more, especially building my point total to use towards down payment assistance on a house/condo. I’m also amazed with how quick and efficient the fraud department is. Only once did they ever have to contact me and it was within minutes of the fraud happening. They immediately flagged the fraudulent purchase, refunded me, canceled my card and sent me a new card in the mail. I received my new card within three or four business days and was given a new digital card number immediately to use for any purchases I may have needed in the interim. The app is extremely easy to use and has been super helpful when trying to use my points for flights and other rewards. They also offer monthly point bonuses through the app and even an opportunity to have your rent paid for free through monthly contests.

I love Bilt!!! It is the perfect credit card / idea for people who want to be rewarded for paying rent, dining out, attending workout classes, etc. I will also say that I’m extremely impressed with Bilt’s customer service. If I ever have a question or concern about my card / account, the Bilt team addresses it quickly and always provides a solution. I would strongly recommend Bilt (and have already done so with friends and family!).

Awesome credit card! So glad I can finally get points to pay my rent! Redeemable for great travel benefits. And the “rent day” games in the app are so fun!

Free points for paying rent.. what could be better!! Have had a great experience using my bilt card to pay rent at the last two apartments I’ve lived in and now use it for all of my purchases. Definitely recommend getting it, it’s a win win.
