Billabook is a fraud
Billabook is a fraud, I booked for 3 nights but I only got 2 nights. I emailed Billabook and there was absolutely no response. I booked at a very high price...I booked for Umrah and Billabook cheated

Dear Naria. Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that your reservation was confirmed for 3 nights, with a check-out date of February 2, as per your booking confirmation. Our records show no issues on our end, and the hotel has verified the full stay. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

People be careful
People, be careful making any bookings using this website, it’s a FRAUD. I made a non-refundable hotel booking, the rate wasn’t even that special, got an Internal reference no. from billabook. I called hotel and quoted the reference no. Only to be told that I don’t have a booking at the hotel and they’ve never heard of such a website. Now I’m fighting with Billabook to refund me the amount they have charged me, telling me all different excuses, by the way, they only have one person replying to emails. Absolute Fraud

Dear Hillal, Thank you for your feedback. All Billabook reservations are fully confirmed and guaranteed. The reference number provided by Billabook is an internal tracking number, not shared with the hotel. We are working with our supplier to provide you with the hotel’s reference number as soon as it becomes available, which may be closer to your check-in date in March. We take these matters seriously, and calling our services fraudulent based on the inability of a hotel front desk to locate our internal reference number is unfounded. Our team is actively replying to your inquiries and will provide the reference once available. We are here to resolve any issues and appreciate your patience as we work through this.

Would probably use again
Genuine. Responsive customer service. However, the amount on my invoice did not match the price paid (reflected 1 nights stay not 3). Also, payment did not leave my credit card for 5 days after the booking was made.

I booked a hotel in Dubai through this…
I booked a hotel in Dubai through this site and paid 1300$ in full to the site and they reassured me my reservation is confirmed. However, I contacted the hotel and told me billabook cancelled my reservation without my permission !!! This is really disappointment : why the cancel without my request and just 2 days before my trip !!! Avoid this scam site

Client Update – Reservation Confirmed: "I phoned the hotel today and they did confirm the reservation. I appologize for the miss understanding created by the reservation department of the hotel. I will be happy to delete any bad review I did based on past days." Dear Ibrahim. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. All Billabook reservations are fully confirmed and guaranteed. We have reviewed your booking and can confirm that it remains active in our system. To clarify this further, our team will immediately request the hotel reference number and provide it to you at the earliest. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

the booking page is too simple
the booking page is quite simple, and there's not much information on your actual booking. I called the hotel just to make sure my booking is confirmed. it would be nice if i can pay in € if the hotel charges in € and I have €. I don't want to pay in US$ as a future improvement suggestion.
