All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.

Bikham was very fast and through when applying for my provider in network contracts. I recommend Jeliana as an account manager.
