Prior to selecting Bikham Healthcare, I did research and review several credentialing healthcare companies. I selected Bikham based on cost (being a new clinic) and response to questions. Bikham Healthcare team has been outstanding in credentialing our providers in a timely and accurate manner. The staff is very responsive and the company offers tools (to incl. weekly status reports and website) and account flexibility to enable office administrators to track progress and make necessary changes to stay relevant with medical insurance companies. I would highly recommend them to colleagues and use again in the future - 4.5 stars. I deducted 1/2 a star for the following and some is probably user expectation management - the user must remain engaged and ensure applications are filled out correctly, in reviewing some applications I noticed age groups, office hours, and other basic administrative data was not accurate. These simple errors could be avoided by better communication with applications (have users make a final review) or improved input quality control at Bikham.

I contacted Bikham when I decided to resume my solo practice and needed an efficient service to help me become credentialed as a behavioral health provider with various managed care companies. I was very pleased with their services, especially the individual attention I received from Jelaina and Jordan, who were always available to answer my questions and concerns, and with the resources Bikham provided for me to stay updated about the status of my applications. Definitely recommend.
