I'm still in the process of getting credentialed. I will be updating my review once it's all completed. Thus far, things have been positive. Communication with the teem has been good. Overall I'm happy with the collaboration between the team and me.

I had a good experience and although it took longer time than what I thought it will take, I think that's because the insurance companies delayed the process in reviewing the applications. But the different people who worked on my case were very helpful and it was nice to talk to them each time. Thank you.

As long as I schedule a zoom call, I can speak with my rep, Rahul. He is knowledgeable and is following up with making sure things move smoothly. So far I am happy with this collaboration

We entered into a business relationship with Bikham Healthcare seeking participating provider status with roughly 26 hard to get insurance companies. To date we have gotten contracts with three of them resulting in contract revenue that exceeded the price we paid to Bikham for their service. I have found Vikas Singh to be responsible, responsive and good to work with over the past year. With this in mind, we have requested additional payer targets and look forward to continuing our business relationship.
