Bikham did well with medicare
Bikham did well with medicare. Totally dropped the ball with medicaid, delayed me a whole year in the process, added more work and headache to my life and just ended up giving me a refund. Honestly, find yourself a friendly medical biller company, they will be happy to assist you in becoming a provider because that's business for them and they already know the system super well.

Started off Strong... but Has started to Fade
Being new to the credentialing process I didn't know what to expect. However, I found Poonam to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She walked me through every step, and was extremely patient as we navigated several credentialing issues. Poonam made a potentially stressful process easy and enjoyable! Amazing person and even more amazing customer service! 1/31- Updating Poonam is a very nice person, but I feel that she may be overwhelmed. I have gotten subpar customer service, and I feel like I am harassing her to get information on where we stand. Still awaiting an update as despite doing everything asked, we still haven't gotten credentialed.
