I was hired by Bikham Healthcare in December month and got instant terminated in January citing “AI automation” and “budget crunch” as the reason without any prior update or notices. The separation process was extremely unprofessional. Despite working during my tenure, my pending salary has not been paid. I have reached out multiple times via email and other communication channels, but there has been no proper response from the company’s side. Sudden termination without proper notice and withholding salary reflects poorly on management and internal processes. Transparency and employee respect are very important in any organization, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I will never recommend anybody to join Bikham Healthcare because of their unprofessional management. I received FNF email which they are not paying in full and I don't agree with their FNF. I would advise future candidates to clarify employment terms, payment timelines, and exit policies in writing before joining.

This company fails to follow up in timely manner. No applications approved in 6 months since paying fees

Some of the main reasons for this rating are: -At the beginning of our relationship in November of 2024 multiple errors were made with our entity structure set up that caused multiple Medicare submissions delaying our effective dates and therefore impacting our ability to generate revenue. -Recently there have been multiple submissions needed for whatever reason with commercial payers, again delaying our ability to move forward with performing patient procedures. -Although we have seen some approvals, it is not near the percentage we expected after 7 months, most likely due to all the resubmissions both Medicare and Commercial. *****I want to emphasize the team at Bikham, including Abhay, Uday, Rahul, Rajat and Varun have been nothing but attentive, responsive, and professional. They have been a pleasure to work with but somewhere in the back office, whoever is submitting our applications, there is most definitely opportunity for improvement.

The company did such a bad job that it took over a year and they could still not get my credentialed with Medicare, then upon hiring another company, that company did it in 2 months. When I asked for a refund to due to their inability to complete what they promised, they initially agreed, then stopped responding to all attempts to contact them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

As a startup business in home health. We decided to use the credentialing service from Bikham Healthcare per the Google search. The sales person was like the process will be very smooth and once I provide the list of documents they ask for, I will just have to relax and see that the applications to be submitted in timely manner and without any delay from their end. However, I had experienced totally opposite of that. They never move forward on their onw we have to push back and follow up to get the application submitted. Moreover, they didn't even know which application to be submitted first (i.e. IMPACT for Illinois) to get the application from Insurance company approved. As they all need us enrolled to IMPACT portal first before they even get us in their provider list. I wasted my time of 5 months with them and haven't gotten any application approved. Out of 9 application is paid for 3 are still not summited after 5 months. Don't be fooled by the sales personal and give your credentialing application process to this business as I fill like it's a scam. I was on the provisional license for 6 months and since it's already 5 months and no success to get us enrolled in providers network we can't get any client and most likely the state will cancel our license.

I am still in the process of trying to get credentialed through this company and so far it has been a nightmare. They ask for the same information over and over and over again. I submit it, then it comes up as outstanding. I submit it again and they email telling me they need access to each person's PECOs and NPI. They demand access to all portals, refusing to believe that the information there is accurate and up to date. Not happening. Then they email again asking for the same information - again - as if it was never provided. It is as if nothing I say or write is believed - or - they do not understand English.

This company has no interest in getting you credentialed, just getting your money, outsourcing the work across the world, then avoiding you until you post a bad review on trust pilot. This is the only form of communication they accept. They do not follow up like they should, they do not perform like they should, and like the title says, my school age child could complete this work better than they could. I hope whoever reads this avoids this company and has a great day.

I have been going through the credentialing process for companies for almost a year with complications. I have posted my dissatisfaction and been requested to remove the post thens started to look up but now I am not receiving any feedback when email is being regarding and update. I was able to credentialed with one company successfully.
