A week later, order not yet received; cannot obtain even an estimate of the delivery date.
The last info I received from this group was 5 days ago - which said my order had been picked up but there was no date for estimated delivery. In FIVE days, that lack of estimate has not changed. I don't mind if something takes a bit of time to ship, but I do expect to be kept informed. I have a granddaughter that calls every day to see when her teddy bear will arrive. I will seek a refund of my money.

I'll be happy to help. When we read your review, we checked our shipping manifest to make sure that we shipped on time. It shows you ordered on Aug. 23rd with free shipping and guaranteed delivery on or before Sept 4th. We then tracked the parcel at ups.com, using your tracking number: 1Z07289E0391813472. On the UPS website, it shows that UPS picked up the parcel from us on the 25th, but then it shows o further activity, and worse yet - i shows NO scheduled delivery date. Obviously something is wrong at UPS regarding this shipment. We are real sorry this has affected you, since delivery should have taken ony 2 business days. We will contact UPS to file an insurance claim, since it appears it is ost in the ups system. But since that doesn't help you, we are also re-shipping a new shipment to you on Tuesday Sept 2nd (since today is Saturday, and there is no shipping today, tomorrow or Monday which is a Holiday). Even so, once we re-ship to you on Tuesday Sept 2nd, you still should receive it on Sept 4th - which is the latest guaranteed delivery date, as shown when you placed the order. I hope this helps. We will emai your new re-shipment tracking number by Tuesday, and I will watch the tracking this time, to make sure your parcel actually MOVES this time.

Fastest shipping I've ever experienced!
I ordered the 3 ft. tall eagle for our school's Postive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS) events. I placed my order, and a short time later I received a message that it had been shipped! I thought there was no possible way I would receive the personalized ribbon. Everything came, and it was awesome! Even the teachers are excited to have the chance to have this giant eagle in their classroom. The colors were perfect...who wants a green eagle? We do! Our colors are gold and green and this eagle fit our needs in more ways than one!

Absolutely adorable
Its HUGE!!! and i LOVE IT. this is a gift for my friends birthday and she is obsessed with pandas, and this is just perfect. The message on the neck ribbon is perfect as well. I was confused and slightly upset because I had written a rather lengthy note to come with the bear, but I did not end up getting the letter in the box or with the panda. Its not all bad because now I can make a really over the top birthday note, but it was a bit confusing.
