Pros :Easy to place order Cons : Communication via website Not easy to ask questions or make changes via website. I left messages via my online account prior to and after my order but received no response. In both instances I had to call to receive a friendly and courteous answer to the questions I had submitted online. I also received notification that the order had shipped, but tracking information two days after the shipment notification showed that only pre-shipment notification had been received. Once shipped however the order arrived quickly.

I wasn't expecting a stuffed toy this elegant when I made my purchase. I am quite pleased and will now be a return customer .

I started my Christmas shopping for my kids ( I have 6 year old twins) and began by purchasing one blue Big Plush dog for my son and one purple Big Plush dog for my daughter. I got each one with a personalized ribbon around it's neck. When I received them, I was nervous that they wouldn't look as nice as advertised. Boy was I wrong! They are big, they are plush, they are very soft, they are squishy and floppy and are vibrant colors! And they are reasonably priced. I am amazed and will definitely be a life long customer of Big Plush.

Inpecable service, response and delivery time especially. Couldn't fault BigPlush if I tried.
