I, had ordered a bear from this company. Shipment was on time and the quality of the bear was worth it. The surprised look on their face when this big bear comes out of a small box ,is priceless. I've referred them to friends.

Product was good, delivery unacceptable!!
I purchased my item on a Monday and paid good money to be delivered by Friday for a baby shower on Saturday. My item arrived the following Monday after the shower, could have saved a lot with normal shipping if it wasn't going to show up on time!!

We are so sorry the order arrived late. I tracked your parcel at ups.com with your tracking number: 1ZE710V90391815579 and it shows that although we shipped it in time for UPS to guarantee delivery on Friday Sept 12th, UPS states that: "09/11/2014 6:00 A.M. A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible."
We are really sorry that UPS delayed delivery until Monday. I know we or anyone else can't make up for this, and although UPS was late - you still ordered from US - so we want to do something as a sign of good faith. Therefore we have refunded you back the $19.95 shipping charge that you paid. We know it doesn't make up for this, but we hope hat it helps.

We ordered a giant bear for our girls and there was an honest mistake made in the processing of the order which delayed shipping. Bigplush suprisingly sent a couple of extra snuggle buddies along with our origional order, free of charge, apparently as an apology for the delay. More companies should handle human mistakes (that happen to all of us) this way!

DOESN'T GET ANY CUTER THAN THIS
This is my second GIANT teddy bear. The first one got rave reviews, everybody loves him. So I. bought another. I love seatbelting this guy in the car -- he is HUGE and kids in other cars go crazy when they see him. I wish i could post a picture! it just makes you smile. The bears are excellent quality - stuffed well. not flimsy, and very soft with the cutest smile ever! -- the delivery is very fast, the prices are the best on the internet. You can't go wrong with these guys.

My girlfriend was absolutely ecstatic over the bear she received! The customer service is incredible as well. Despite it being a glich on my end when it came it shipping, unlike most retailers who would've just said they could do anything, Bigplush went above and beyond to meet my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone! I definitely will be back for more purchases soon :)
