I ordered a stuffed animal and the order was confirmed within minutes. It also arrived 3 days before the deadline. The service was wonderful and the stuffed animal is great.

I recently made a purchase at big plush. I spoke to a customer service agent, Mike, about a problem I had which turned out to be my mistake. Mike was very helpful and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve the problem. I appreciate his help and the professional way he responded to my inquiries. I will definitely order from big plush again.

If you need an unusual or big animal this is a good site.

I needed one of your dolls asap. Unfortunately your company does not ship to Puerto Rico. I got my order because we worked it out. Your agent shipped to my sons address in Maryland (free shipping to the continental USA....Thank you). My son received within in 3 days and he shipped it out to me flat rate (very inexpensive) and within another 3 days I received my order, just in time for my deadline date. There were options in order for me to receive my very needed item. Please for the future have flat rate as an option for mailing to Puerto Rico. The agent was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you.
