5' tall bear 3' tall girl...priceless!
My daughter has a bear collection that was handed down to her. Most of the bears are the typical size 14-16". A couple of them are about 26-28". For Christmas we decided to buy her one that would top them all! We found just the right size (and by that I mean 5ft tall) tan teddy bear that is more than twice her size. The box came in three days, really fast! Wasn't expecting it when it came. The box was only 12x36" and the bottom had been ripped exposing the plastic bag. Since that was the case, we took the box upstairs and opened it, to make sure the bear was in good condition. Pulling the bear out was simple enough. How they managed to get that size of a bear in a box 2/3 the size was amazing considering when we pulled it out the thing just ballooned. We stood there for at least two minutes trying to figure out how all that stuffed animal came in that box, amazing. It was fine, protected by a thick plastic bag. Since there wasn't a chance it was going back in that box, we decided to give it to our daughter early. This bear was so big that when she tried to pick it up, she was knocked over and smothered, giggling the whole time. It's a massive bear no doubt, but the enjoyment she's had with it for the past couple of days is just priceless.

ruined the surprise!
it was planned to be a birthday gift. some sort delay made its delivery a day long.now its just a simple parcel.i missed the anxiety which would have been if the delivery was done as scheduled.

I'll be happy to help. I tracked your shipment which was guaranteed by UPS to arrive to you on Nov 17th, with your UPS tracking # 1ZE710V90390646227. It shows that on Nov. 12th, UPS had a tractor trailer disruption, which caused the shipment to remain in Illinois for over 24 hours, before it continued on, which caused it to be rescheduled to arrive tomorrow on Nov 18th, which is one day after it was originally scheduled to be delivered.
Regardless of that, we know this doesn't change the fact that your surprise was ruined - and there is nothing we can do to un-do that. We are really sorry this happened.
Our records show that you paid an extra charge to guarantee delivery on the 17th, so we have already refunded you back 100% of that charge.

Awesome gift, my daughter loved opening the big box, loves her big bear!!
