Great product, but when i got it, the bear seemed a little dirty...there were parts of the fur that looked like it was stuck together..i had to try to get the sticky parts of it out and ended up pulling some of the fur out.

Delivered quickly, good quality stuffed bear, wrong neck ribbon.
My daughter wanted a big stuffed bear for her 7th birthday. We looked at the bigplush.com and found lots of good choices. The bear she picked out came quickly (free shipping too) and was exactly as pictured the bear seems to be good quality and my daughter loves it. The only hitch was that we selected a "rainbow" colored neck ribbon and opted for the free printing on the ribbon. The ribbon that came around the bear's neck had the appropriate printing but was the wrong color...red instead of rainbow.

One time buying experience for most people.
I purchased a 5-ft tall stuffed animal for my daughter for Christmas, and though it arrived timely and was as advertised; cute and soft and really big. The shipping was $100 alone, so for most people this site is useful as a one time option due to the price. If the price was less then I'd consider it for future purchases, but as it stands, $200 for a floppy stuffed animal isn't good.
Product is great.
Cost is a bit much.

Although we offer Free Shipping for all products - this is only within the 48 states of the contiguous USA. We DO charge for shipping to Canada, as you know.
These boxes with giant 5 foot bears are quite big and heavy, and shipping them to another Country (even if you are our friendly neighbors) isn't cheap for sure.
FYI, we are working on a heavily DISCOUNTED shipping system to Canada in the future, and we will post that on our website when it is in place.
