Big Plush was the perfect surprise gift! Couldn't be happier.
The giant five foot Teddy Bear from Big Plush was a wonderful surprise for my niece after surgery. The box "bearly" fit through the door, she actually thought someone sent her a tree! I couldn't have chosen a better gift. I also appreciated the way Big Plush made sure delivery was timed perfectly for her recovery. I can't wait to order from them again. Thank you.

Hi David, It was great speaking by phone this evening. As promised, we are re-doing both the personalized t-shirt and the personalized neck ribbon. They will be shipped later this week, and we will email you the tracking number as soon as we ship. Please let us know when these arrive - if they are correct, and if you are happy with them. We appreciate your patience and hones remarks. Thanks much.

One and only giant stuffed plush store!!
This is the only site online I have found that offers hassle free shipments quickly and easily. I checked out several other "big" plush animal sites but their shipping policies were a joke. I will definitely be shopping with bigplush.com again.

Good value, even though product was smaller than expected
I ordered a 5 ft Bear from bigplush.com. It was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, this Christmas bear that was supposed to be 5 feet tall was not. Including the Xmas hat (if you held it by the tip of the hat and pulled up), the total height was only about 4 1/2 ft. Leaving the hat lay naturally, the bear was less than 4 ft tall. Let's just say it did not measure up to my expectations. But it was still a reasonable price for the size, and the quality is very good.
