Great company to work with.
I orded the 36 inch plush fox. It came very quickly and is a high quality product. The fox fit the online discription perfectly. Very soft to the touch. I loved doing busness and would again.

Surprisingly impressed
I did not expect the high quality of material that the stuffed bear (I purchased) was made of. So nice to see a beautiful product made in the USA !

No return call on ribbon complaint
Received my order...unicorn looked great but the ribbon monogram was worded wrong. Called twice...about two days apart and each time no service agent was available and my return call number was left each time..to date no one has returned my call. The wording on the ribbon was suppose to read: "Angelina......May all your dreams come true"....it read: Angelina.....May all your come dreams true.

Don't monkey around with any other company when you've experienced the best.
First time customer and was extremely pleased with ordering process, shipping time and finally the product. Received my order in four days using standard shipping option. Pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to everyone. Great customer service.

Exactly as ordered and received faster than promised
I purchased two 5 foot bears. The bears were much more plush than I expected based on the price. The personalized ribbon is super cute and much nicer than I would expect, considering it was free! I highly recommend this product.
