I am a former employee who walked out a week ago because the management staff allows their employees to put their hands on other employees really so I come into work to get beat up every night and you guys all are allowing this and on top of that when I walked out not one manager called to check on me I could have been on break I could have got kidnap I could have been murdered and now what manager called to check on me did you quit did you walk out what happened no I was there entertainment I was there punching bag I'm going to call corporate something has to be done about this and as well as another employee texted me explain it to me that Ashley demonstrated on her what she did to me so I have proof in my phone there a text message that Big Lots allow their employees to put their hands on me do not work at the Big Lots on 62nd and Allisonville Road they allow their employees to put their hands on new employees they allow their employees to run over the new employees there just very bad management there they don't care about the new employees the new employees or just punching bags this is not good I'm a general manager myself I was only helping out part-time through the holidays but I'm not going to be at a job where I my life is in threat no no no no

Big Lots don't have a delivery system, they use a horrible lazy 3rd party. I guess they trusted this delivery service they have and if its simple they can probably do it, if it's not they sent this big guy who pants kept falling off, and they didn't want to find a way to get my furniture up the stairs, but wanted me to pay $65, $60 for delivery and $5 for additional items from the 1st item. Not to mention I didn't know it was a 3rd party, I would have rented a uhaul myself for that case.

Awful, I use to love going to Big Lots. The cashier yesterday was very nasty. When I informed her the price was wrong and the shelf label had a lower price. She told me to go take a picture. WHAT??? Then after I held up the line to take the picture, she argued with me over the price, then she finally went to the product herself and argued with me some more that the wrong item was in the wrong place. WHAT?? I refuse to be treated like dirt by any of your cashiers. This is really, really bad customer service. And guess what when I called customer service or tried to talk to the manager, they could of cared less. You just lost loyal customers, Big Lots, not cool. Really bad, bad business.

I have shopped at store on HWY 6 at little York. The employees talk about customers in plane site and make facial and body movements in your face showing that they dont like you. The store feels unfriendly no one smiles they look like they do not like working there and makes me feel like not shopping there so I go to Target, or Walgreens from now on. Biglots needs to employ a better quality of workers.

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get an item that was missing in the package they said it would be in. It was a 4ft gnome christmas tree and the box in which they said it was in was 3 times to small to fit a 4ft Christmas tree. I have sent 3 emails with absolutely no response. Then I started a chat with someone who told me the christmas tree would be there on friday. It was Monday at this time, so I waited. Friday came and went and no christmas tree. Sent another email and still no response.

I shop at the Wheat Ridge, CO store. It’s just fine, except for getting a refund for a big lots.com order. I returned my purchases and was happily told by the manager that I didn’t even need to put my debit card in the machine because the number was right there on the receipt. I didn’t have a refund on my card within a short while do I went back with my receipt to question the refund. Lo and behold, the manager says I must wait up to 48 hours for processing, all on the day before Christmas Eve. So, there goes any hope of finishing my shopping before the holiday is over! Thanks Big Lots! Never has this happened at any other retailer I’ve shopped.

Really bad customer service online support and in store location Las Vegas Nv ( Eastern ) they cancelled my order due tu out of stock online representative advise me to call store and check for in stock . My dumb self called store and guess what they just put me on hold for a long time and they laughed about it Poor customers service big lots sucks Also the online lady told me when I had called back and told her about the store incident she said the order option is to go the store and buy them items In store also she told me to question them about why they places me on hold 🤔that long

I shop the Big Lot store in grand Junction and i buy 8-10 gallons of sweet tea a week , i use to get it from Walmart but because I bought sooo many they changed the packaging and lessened the sweetness so they could raise the price of it as Walmart always does! It's never about the customer at Walmart it's always about how much they can get! Because of their greed I will never shop Walmart again! I banned them months ago, so I finally found an affordable gallon of sweet tea at big lots, it's even better that Walmart, and as long as they don't start changing things with it I'll continue to buy it there. It never fails... when ever I find an affordable product that i buy a huge amount of it never fails, these companies can't leave well enough alone. I always have a backup product at a different store cause sure enough when a company notices a product moving off the shelves they think it's popular till the screw it up and i have to move on. Thank you Big Lots, please don't fix what isn't broke!!!
