I’ve tried contacting them several times about my order, via email no reply. And you CANNOT get anyone on the phone. I’m now without an access code I should’ve had to start class two days ago, when I ordered it on 8/20/19. There’s no tracking information at all. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I will never do business with them again!

Books didn't come and they do not give a date on when they will come. They only sent me a email stating: Due to the change in availability from our supplier, the following item(s) have yet to arrive in our shipping facility. I Tried calling and there is no live person that I can reach. I tried to do a live chat as they ask me to do for quicker service and they ask to email after waiting 20 min in the chat box.

this website is a literal scam, I paid an extra $30 for one day shipping and still haven’t received my book after 6 mf days, my class has already started and idk what to do, this website is so trashy and unprofessional

Don’t ever buy from this website I paid for fast shipping and I still haven’t received my textbook and my class has already started! They don’t even connect you to an actual person on the phone they just tell you to go on their website which doesn’t help.

Book was delivered in a timely manner. BiggerBooks had the best price that I could find for a required spelling book for my son. I just ordered another book from them - best price.

Shipment was sent back to the seller based on the address, which is the address used for so many shipments. Very disappointed in the transaction since this is a text book.
