Great price (over promise) 7 days later they finally notify that “it’s not in stock” (under deliver). And they keep my money for another 2-3 days processing time. Feels scamish.

I never heard of bigbigmart.com until their namepopped up during a Google search for a Milwaukee Tool item. The item was priced lower than everyone else and I feared this was yet another scam site. Doing my due diligence I investigated further and the company appeared to be 100% legit. I placed the order and received the item quickly. I have now placed them on my "Recommened Merchant" list.

Poor communication, slow shipping. Item arrived addressed to some other guy as well as myself. In the time between ordering and receiving, I received an odd Amazon delivery in the same person's name on the bigbigmart order and mine. Price was some che a per than other places but not much.
