The item I ordered came with 2 accessories. I received the item and one of the accessories on the scheduled delivery date. The reason I am giving 3 stars has to do with the poor customer service regarding my attempt to get the 2nd accessory part. The phone number on the bigbigmart.com website goes to an answering machine and they do not call you back. Texting responses were slow and infrequent. 2 weeks later I did receive the 2nd accessory. Very poor customer service

Received email that package was delivered. Never received. Then had to contact company several time and they asked me to wait at least 3 days to see if package ever shows up. Then had to contact again and tell them still didn’t receive. Asked for tracking and no information given to me. They finally told me they would send out again. They sent me a tracking number and finally received. Seemed like I had to do the babysitting.

I placed an order on 10/8/24 just for these scammers to cancel my order on 10/12/24 with ZERO communication in the interim. If you look at other reviews of these grifters, you’ll see that this sham of a company does this frequently - they float (i.e. keep) people’s money to obtain short, interest-free loans. AVOID!
Response from Bigbigmart.comOct 15, 2024
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. When we cancel an order, we always send a notification to the customer's email. Could you please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for our email? If you still have concerns, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order ID, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you for your understanding.
