Since you confirmed receiving your order on February 14, we then issued a new invoice for the order you received. At this point, you have the product, but we have not received payment for it. You are welcome to contact your bank to verify that the refund was issued as we stated. Additionally, we want to emphasize that fraudulent billing is not something we engage in—customers always have the option to dispute transactions with their bank, which would only harm our business.
