If buying anything pet-related (cat food, dog food and supplies etc.) Don’t waste your time ! I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and was told in the emailed invoice that I would receive another email when the order shipped. I never received a notification of shipment email. I reached out via the chat option on their website several times during normal business hours. Waited and waited for a representative to reply but after waiting for some time each time I tried to connect via chat I got a message saying no one was available to help me and to leave them an email. So I did. Several days later I heard back via email. The only thing this email said was “your order has been cancelled due to extended shipping times.” So, you’d think that they would have removed all pet food and supplies items from their website. But they’ve still got the same items I ordered listed as available for purchase and are taking other people’s money as we speak for orders they cannot fill. Horrible experience for a first-time buyer! Will never return. We are a 501c3 cat rescue and this pathetic level of customer service and shipping times is unacceptable in modern day times.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially for your organization. Our team strives to provide accurate availability and timely updates, but we clearly fell short in this instance. While we canceled your order due to extended shipping times to avoid further delays, we regret the lack of clear communication during the process. We will be reviewing our processes to ensure issues like this are avoided in the future. We appreciate your feedback and will work hard to improve. If there’s anything we can do to make this right or assist your rescue organization moving forward, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this.

I ordered a dehumidifier. Once received I noticed it did not have the pump feature. It's stated very clearly on the product page 14-day return. When I tried to return it, they stated that the return policy was only if product was defective or damaged. Very deceiving I will not purchase from this site again.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand your concerns regarding the return policy. Our return policy is clearly outlined on our website: https://bigbigmart.com/returns-refunds/. As stated, products can only be returned if they are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items where the buyer has changed their mind or for features that were not included as per the product listing. We encourage customers to review the return policy and product details carefully before making a purchase. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. Thank you for your understanding.

I went on line and found the item I wanted. I had 4 bar stools and one was damaged. I found the exact bar stool and was excited it was available at Bigbigmart. Three days later I received an email that it was not available. Why does their website show 5 available but then after I ordered they are "out of stock". Get your stuff together instead of inconveniencing me!!! I had to start all over to find the item.
