Super fast shipment and a great air mattress. I’m shocked at how quick delivery was and this was the best deal on a raised air mattress.

We're thrilled to hear the air mattress exceeded your expectations and that shipping was super fast. We look forward to serving you again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve placed an order 3 days ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet. The only way to cancel the order was through contacting them. I’ve called, I’ve sent emails, and never got any answer. My order was pretty expensive, so if I don’t get my money back I’m contacting my lawyer.

We're truly sorry for the frustration. Your order was out of stock and we issued a full refund right away. This refund was processed as a reversal, meaning the payment was never completed and the amount returned to your account balance directly. Please check with your bank for confirmation. We sincerely apologize and hope to serve you better next time.

All good on garden hose but the garden hose holders were no longer available after my order was received and processed. Disappointed. However, your notification of the out-of-stock product was quick and efficient. Customer Service was excellent.
