I ordered a product 2 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation email with the promise of future communication regarding shipping and tracking info in 2 to 5 days and delivery in 3 to 7 days. There has been no follow-up email. And no response to my repeated email inquiries. And no response to my phone call. Total black hole of an experience. Delays are okay, but only if the company communicates and responds. If they ever reply to this review with an invitation to contact them, as they have to other reviews, that is misleading, as they don't respond. If they claim that their email correspondence went to spam, as they did in response to another customer complaint, that is untrue and another attempt to obfuscate and dodge. This is both unprofessional and unethical. THEIR RESPONSE BELOW TO THIS REVIEW IS UNTRUE. AS PREDICTED, THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY RESPONDED AND IT IS IN SPAM. ABSOLUTELY DECEITFUL. THEY CONTINUE TO CAMOUFLAGE THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEIR BEHAVIOR IS UNETHICAL. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR REPRESENTATIONS. TOTALLY UNTRUE.

First my item was given a wrong tracking number, and it was difficult to communicate to get questions answered and the people or whatever I was trying to talk to couldn't follow my input to get the issue resolved. Then it took a long time to finally start the process going to get my item replaced since the original item was delivered to Indiana instead of Ft. Worth, I guess. In the meantime, I had a disabled vehicle because I couldn't start it without proper oil level. Your whole process just didn't seem like it could understand what was happening and the long time frame was inconvenient.

I ordered Peet's Major Dickinson coffee online. I never received any notification (email or otherwise) that my order was received. Today, I went to the American Express site and saw that Bigbigmart had pending charges on my card. I'm unable to reach anyone at the company to help. It appears to be a big scam. I don't even have access to an order number.
