The staff at BetterMed was very professional, courteous, friendly. They attended to me in a very prompt manner after checking in. They explained proceedures and kept me informed about follow up. Very delighted with them!

*Spotless facility! *Quick check-in! *Short wait time to see the Dr.! * The Dr. was a very personable young lady with whom I actually had a conversation! I was greeted with a warm smile and handshake. The Dr. listened to my concerns regarding my symptoms. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and given a prescription for medication. I was also given other tips (in writing) to help with congestion, etc.

I called in advance to ask about fees. I received a bill for an entirely different amount. Way more than what I had planned for and I only had an exam by the doctor. Diagnosed with acute pharyngitis. She was very nice and there was nothing wrong with my visit, but no one could explain to me why the fee was so high. It was over $300 for a 5 minute discussion with the NP. While I understand fees can very, it was a huge difference from what was discussed. No labs or testing was done. I called around for fees because I’m on a budget and chose to come to bettermed. I will choose differently next time only because I was so shocked and would have never done that to myself for acute pharyngitis and no labs/testing.
