Great facility and service

the staff where really helpful and kind. service was professional and put things in (words) that u could understand.thank u for your services. the place was clean and the waiting time was short.Will definitely use u in future if the need comes about.I came in for back pain. Could hardly stand or walk. thanks for the care.

Prompt, professional staff and care!

Was seen in timely manner. The NP that serviced us need to start an IV line and he choose the wrong type of needle and he had a bloody mess to clean up he admitted he did not get right needle and had the nurse help him cap the needle to keep the mess to a minimum. I wondered what kind of NP we had if they did not use the proper medical equipment but other than that he was very nice and professional. His overall dx was correct confirmed by CT scan a few days later

Great people great service. Didn’t really see the need for the Covid and Flu tests. I already had Covid. I know the symptoms.

Walked in to have something looked at quickly, as I know it would be a week to see my PC about the issue. Service was quick, friendly, and took care of the situation. Glad I stopped in.

Suspected UTI. Rapid intake and not long waiting to be seen and diagnosed. Got prescription and released. Got a phone call a few days later saying needed a new prescription to treat condition after receiving analysis of urine sample.Really appreciated followup phone call.

The nurse, NP as well as PA there are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful! The lady who sits at the front desk on her cell phone the entire time is not so friendly and helpful though. When entering the building, she had a bad attitude and lacked customer service altogether. She then walked me back to the room and continued to be rude. Especially when I asked for a specific doctor who I told would be there the day of my appointment. It was not a big deal though because I didn’t mind seeing the other physicians but she clearly expressed her annoyance with my questions. I rate the facility overall 4 stars because the rest of my visit was great and every one of the other staff members were fantastic with their patient care.
