I had a great service and employees were very nice and polite. Got checked and prescription quickly.

I went in right when COVID was starting to shut the state down and was diagnosed (and tested) with the flu. The office was clean, the staff were all extremely helpful and kind, and the dr was top notch. I’ll always go to BetterMed.

They were wonderful and very efficient.

Excellent and professional service during an uncertain time. I had all of the symptoms of Covid-19 and was tested once at BetterMed and again at Bon Secours Memorial Regional ER. Both tests came back negative. Starting to recover and being monitored closely by Primary Care Physician. Very surprised that both tests came back negative when I had all of the symptoms.

Do not go here. I came in with what I later found out were symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis. They drew no blood from me and sent me on my way. I was hospitalized two days later. This place is inept.

I went to get tested for COVID and it was a mess! I hadn’t received my results 10 days later, despite calling every day since the 5th day (when they told me I’d have my results). Come to find out, they lost my specimen sample, and it was nowhere to be found. They only realized this because I started questioning further once it was day 10 and they still just kept saying, “We don’t have the results yet, but a nurse will contact you once we do.” I had to go in and reswab (not the best experience), and wait again. By this time, even if I were originally positive, that may not even show now. There seems to be no standard operating procedure in place for testing, at least not a good one. If 100 samples go out on Monday and you only get 99 results back from that day, wouldn’t you question where the last result was??

My new choice in urgent care needs unless my doctor specifies elsewhere. They were the best folks to deal with in a time of need either by phone or in-person. Treatment was thorough & explained to me ensuring I understood. Thank you!!
