No complaints - easy to register - was honest about the wait time - I will return - much better than patient first

I am disappointed with your billing…
I am disappointed with your billing team. I was billed for a service. My insurance company ultimately paid the claim and I’ve requested a refund for more than a month and still I have never received a return call or the refund back to my account. This is not acceptable or legal.

Thank you for your comment. I understand your frustration. There has been talk about COVID testing being free, but there has been no direction from the Federal or State government about how this is going to happen and they are not able to test at the level that needs to happen in order to open the economy back up. We are a small business and in order to operate our facilities and pay our hard working employees who put themselves at risk everyday during this crisis, we must charge an evaluation fee. We also believe that it is the medically prudent thing to do and we have helped many people get critically needed immediate care by doing so. Thanks again for your feedback and stay well.
