Love them!
Love them! Nurses and staff are always so kind and caring. I also love that I can have my dermatologist appointments there as well. Very convenient.

Over paid and trying to get refund. Told them insurance was paying 100% when I went in. They insisted on $75 downpayment.
Went for a COVID 19 swab test 4/3/20. I advised them my insurance would pay 100% and had written proof from insurance (CIGNA PPO) but they did not want to see. Insisted I pay $75 with debt card up front. Then I get a statement saying CIGNA claimed I was no longer insured! I called my insurance Company and they were kind enough to call BetterMed and provide claim info. There were no errors in my subscriber or Plan number. BetterMed just seemed like they did not care and said they would not refile claim. Blah, blah, blah. My insurance sent them a check for the full bill of $142.00 and now BetterMed owes me $75 which I am trying to get back. Don't recommend this place and will not ever go back. Trifling.

Quick service, clean environment, friendly, helpful staff and the doctor didn't rush was very good at listening.

How not to treat patients of any kind!
When finally called back to get my information, the man cut me off on my history ( to hard to spell); they wanted my family history, not mine. He would not let me describe my symptoms, he cut me off. We sat in the parking lot a long while, before any contact. My results taken Monday, back on Thursday; called on Saturday. Why did this take so long? They billed all my Insurance’s and charged co-pays. This went against the federal reserve bank program for their employees and the president who stated free. (The governor lied, and did not listen to federal government) It seems all want money! Some never got results, because of money. Shame on Better Med. I’ll never go back! Chesterfield off iron ridge rd, it’s not listed here conveniently.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had a negative experience. I understand your frustration. There has been talk about COVID testing being free, but there has been no direction from the Federal or State government about how this is going to happen and they are not able to test at the level that needs to happen in order to open the economy back up. We are a small business and in order to operate our facilities and pay our hard working employees who put themselves at risk every day during this crisis, we must charge an evaluation fee. We also believe that it is the medically prudent thing to do and we have helped many people get critically needed immediate care by doing so. Thanks again for your feedback and stay well.
