I don’t like betterMed Urgent Care, I was Checkin for Covid-19 Test first they told me will Accept my Medical Inurance and when I went to my appointment they said I have to bay $149 and reject my insurance card , I need my money back.me and my wife????

love how I can make an appointment online and be taken right away when I arrive road is a little tricky getting into parking lot in the Chester location

BetterMed staff was excellent with the service through the emotional process.

My husband and I were tested for Covid-19 in March. Treated with great courtesy and care. I would recommend your facility to any and everyone. We were negative and delighted to get the results so fast.

Their customer service was awesome. The nurses and doctors were friendly and supportive! If the reason for my visit had been simple or standard, I'm sure it would it would have been great. However, I went in for an ear infection because it was Saturday and my ENT was closed, and I have adult ear tubes. When they saw wax build up on one side, they attempted to irrigate that ear with saline. After speaking with my ENT at my next appointment, she explained that could have caused serious damage, and you should never irrigate an ear if the person has ear tubes. So! As adults with ear tubes aren't a common thing, I feel bad giving 4 stars... but at the end of the day it was painful, it didn't fix the issue, and it could have done a lot of damage. They need to do more research before attempting a treatment for an uncommon situation.
