During this pandemic, instead of asking how customers feel, you really should be asking how your employees feel and how they are doing mentally. Stop terminating individuals without proper grounds. The miscommunication with the management of this company is disgraceful. People are hurting during this time and this company is not cognizant to that fact. Thank you for helping me see your true colors. Be safe!

Unfriendly and not at all concerned about my safety just their own. Which I recognize is important but not at the over charging you're doing on top of being unfriendly...

Went to BetterMed just before onset of coved-19 apparently had a bronchitis. Dr. was very informative and gave prescriptions to combat the illness. Of course, I still have no idea if it was actually coved-19 to not fault of the clinic. Gave a flu test which was negative. Must though the receiving nurse wasn’t receptive otherwise pleasant experience

Awesome from start to finish! Everyone at the location that day was friendly, fast, and professional. I wish I could give their names !
