Made an appointment, got right in, doctor saw me right away and I was in and out in about 20 mins. I was treated very nicely from the front desk and by all the staff. I highly recommend BetterMed.

I went to get tested for Covid_19 and the staff was professional and courteous in the drive thru testing site. The nurse that called me with my positive results was kind, compassionate and understanding. She told me excactly what to do as I was crying and she calmed me down and did not hang up with me until I was calm. The staff is great! Thank you BetterMed!

The staff was very helpful and professional during my visit with all that was and is still going on with Covid-19. They answer my questions without hesitation and let me know step by step what they would be doing.

I was there for a bug bite and sinus problem, nurse practitioner wasn’t very nice. Gave me medicine for bug bite nothing for sinus. After over a week still having sinus problems!

The NP I worked with was short with me and insisted on giving me a higher price drug when I asked for a lower priced drug (I'm a pharmacist). I also received misinformation about my husband being tested and receiving flu prophylactic treatment from multiple staff members. Will never go here again, will go to patient first in the future as they are much easier to work with.
