Good and fast

From the time we checked in we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff was very knowledgeable about what viruses were going around at the time and treated my children’s illnesses seriously. We have referred many there since that day in February and will go back if we need to be seen again.

Friendly, professional and willing to do such a job that would jeopardize their families When I first heard about better meds and virus test, I immediately shared it with the majority of VCU, because they were told there were no such thing etc. Negative stuff. My experience and my spouse change our lives together

Have used BetterMed several times. Service and providers are excellent. Not a long wait unless there is a high incidence of virus outbreak.

I would have given them 5 stars , however I sent 2 e-mails regarding questions on billing and have received no response in 2 months and counting. My initial experience with BetterMed was exceptional , the follow up ...just the opposite.

These people were extremely kind and thoughtful during such a scary time. They answered every question I had and explained the process from being to end!!! This was the Regancy location, these people are AWESOME!!;;

Waited 2 hours to be seen just to be misdiagnosed.
