The front desk collected my insurance information right away, and then they got me back to a room. During my visit, they conducted lab work and did a physical exam. They were very thorough and listened well to what I had to say. I left with a diagnosis and prescriptions, which is exactly what I needed at the time. These guys are professional and kind, and best of all - thorough.

Spoken with rep and asked about pricing. I feel I was over charged because I have insurance and had to end up paying 175.00 out of pocket. Rep was not honest .

Took longer than they suggested for my covid19 test results to come back and I had to contact them.

It took 8 days for my lab results (negative COVID test) to be phoned to me, and 10 days before the results made it to my BetterMed patient portal. Everything else went smoothly. This was at the Regency/Parham Road Richmond location, which is NOT EVEN LISTED in the location dropdown search.
