I went in for a COVID test and I had a really good experience. The facility was very clean and my visit went so smoothly. I felt that I received the attention I needed. The staff was friendly and did everything in a timely manner.

I needed to take a covid-19 PCR test and a serology test to be able to fly back to my country after being stranded for 4months because of the crisis. For this matter, I needed to get the test results 48h before the flight as it was the airline’s regulation. I called Bettermed Urgent care MANY times and I asked how long it took for the tests to get back and was told 3 to 5 days for PCR and 15minutes for serology test EVERYTIME. So I booked PCR on a Friday and booked my flight the following Friday to be able to stay in the given timeframe. When I arrive for my appointment I am told by a lady on the phone that since they have been receiving results sooner (2days), I should cancel my appointment and book another one on Tuesday to be able to stay in the timeframe. So I went ahead and did that. My serology test was booked on Thursday because it takes 15min I figured I can take it a day before my flight. When I arrive for my appointment I am told at the door that the Urgent Care IS OUT OF SEROLOGY TEST KITS ! Also, I didn’t receive my PCR test results in two days like I was told by the receptionist so I missed my flight which was around a thousand dollars. The PCR test was around 200$. I was frustrated beyond words. The matter wasn’t taken seriously. I was very disappointed.
