Squeezed my appointment in with my other family members so I didn’t have to wait in the parking lot for an additional hour. Great customer service!!!

Doctors office visit great
Doctors office visit great. Staff/Nurse/Practitioner outstanding work and service. However, let's talk customer service with the business office. First you can't get seen urgently without a CREDIT CARD. I didn't like it but I went a head and put my credit card on file. BIG MISTAKE. Now I'm still trying to get my CREDIT CARD out of there system. I will go to another care facility next time.

Quick and easy Covid-19 testing
We wanted to be tested for Covid-19 before our family vacation. Better Med was more than accommodating. They saw my husband and I at the same time, even though we had appointments an hour apart. We received a check-up, before being tested. They offered us the rapid (15 minute result test) antigen test. And were amenable to giving us the other as well. We were both impressed with the level of care and attention to cleaning, and social distancing their patients. We were the only patients in the building. We waited less than 10 minutes in our car to be called in. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional.

I have started using Better Med because…
I have started using Better Med because it is overall higher quality. My interactions with the staff have been nothing short of professional and thorough. Not only do they respect my decisions but they keep me well informed of my options for care and rights as a patient. Not only is it prompt but it is always clean and comfy during my waiting times.
