I went into the office, had lab work done, it took them a week to call me back about my lab results. I miss the call, so I call back, I left a message. Call back again, they pit me on hold for more than 30 minutes.i logged in on the portal, to see if I can find out my lab result, there was nothing on the portal. No one put my information in the Better Med Urgent Care portal.

I feel as if I was given a minimal examination and minimal treatment. I almost ended up in the hospital 3 days later because my issue was not treated properly. I will not be back unfortunately.

I only gave it 3 stars because I had an appointment for 11:20 am and was only called to go to inside at 12:40 pm. All this time I was waiting in the car on a 100F degree day and there is no AC that can run for that long and keep a non-moving car cool. This is poor administration. If you know appointments are running late why schedule so many and then have patients waiting for so long! My time is just as valuable as the doctors time. Once I was finally called inside, everyone was very nice and attentive.

Fast convenient friendly efficient great customer service

I got the rapid COVID test so I knew I didn't have it when visiting my pregnant daughter. Everyone very nice and professional. I've already recommended BetterMed to others.

I went to the BetterMed on Parham Rod in Henrico,Va. I was greeted very kindly. There was no one in the waiting room but myself. I didn’t even wait five minutes before the receptionist took me back to an examination room. About five minutes later NP Leslie came in listened to what my issue was ran some test and sent two prescriptions to my pharmacy. She was fantastic and I am getting better! I will recommend BetterMed To all my friends.

I’ve never been to a doctors office or urgent care clinic where they did not take basic vital signs in a routine and official manner until this visit. They asked me about my vitals whenever it occurred to them “oh yeah how much do you weigh” and then wrote it on a post it. They seemed not to communicate with each other and the definitely did not communicate with me. I was given an X-ray without an explanation and it took several tries before I could get the PA who was helping me to stay in the room long enough to answer my questions. I will probably seek help elsewhere in the future.
